HELLO ZOMBIE!

so I’ve spontaneously decided to do Horror Harbour’s 30 day Horror Challenge because I was organizing my bookmarks and realized it’s been in there for more than a year at least so yeah PRIORITIES AND STUFF I’M AN ADULT BLAH BLAH

so here you go Day 1: A memorable animal in a horror movie

I chose the unfortunate baboon from Cronenberg’s THE FLY because it’s the first shock of the film…where suddenly you realize that you might have been mistaken in thinking that this movie is science fiction, not horror, surely it can’t be that horrifying OH DEAR GOD IS IT BUBBLING!?…and as shocking as this moment is, it does not in any way prepare you for what comes next…
